Hi I'm Antonio, Currently I'm a Sales Engineer in Amagi. With 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales teams. I previously worked in customer success for five years, beginning as a Tier II Technical Support Engineer and progressing to Technical Support Manager.
Before becoming a Technical Support Engineer, I spent some time in the development field, as a back-end developer specializing in process automation, problem resolution, and server maintenance for build optimization.
Having a solid technical background, gave me a significant advantage when I started with my Customer Success role, where I quickly took over a kind-of Technical Lead role, taking care of urgent high-profile escalations for critical customers.

I drive the Americas Technical Support team goal setting and strategies. I also represent the Technical Support on company-wide initiatives/projects for product or service delivery improvements, participate on team's staffing and utilization analysis and decision making, develop and/or enhance best practices, processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of technical support delivery, perform regular analysis to understand team's training or tooling needs, and work with cross-functional leaders. I acted as quality control on the support team daily operations. Helped to balance the workload between on-call TS Engineers, provided training and coaching around technical or process related issues. I was the first point of escalation on any support incident. I did facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

My daily tasks were related to Identify, respond, and resolve platform-related problems raised by Ooyala's customers. I worked closely with Engineering teams and Customers, technical and non-technical teams to identify and resolve issues according to full compliance within existing Service Level Agreements. Most of the issues were related to internal configurations, debugging HTTP responses, javascript code, Ooyala iOS/Android SDK, Live streaming and ad networking setups.
Rational Build Team member. My daily tasks were related to debugging Eclipse and Development bugs, ANT and Bash scripting. Process automation, Eclipse development, problem resolution. I was in constant communication with Release engineering and Development teams. On side task, I did system maintenance on Windows and Linux platforms.
I lead projects related to risk assessment, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, network monitoring at a wide number of companies from México and Latin America.
